SLF in Santa Monica We’ve teamed up with the Library Alehouse in Santa Monica to present to you our first beer pairing dinner with Allagash Brewery. We developed this menu after tasting just about every beer that Allagash makes (a hard job, we know). Like always, it’s all about you bringing innovation without the price tag. So while this dinner is pricier than our normal $35, just remember that your price includes killer beer.
For this special evening, Allagash brewmaster Rob Tod and Library Alehouse’s Tom Kelley will be hosting and discussing all of the beers. Celebrator Beer News’ Tomm Carroll will be emceeing and asking Tod our most burning questions about beer.
UPDATE: Pre-paid ticket reservations will now be taken by Library Alehouse. The ticket price includes tax & tip. Please reserve your spot here.

About Allagash
Allagash brews a unique variety of traditional and experimental Belgian-style beers made with a dedication to craftsmanship and quality. All of the bottled beers at Allagash are bottle conditioned. This means that just prior to bottling, a fresh dose of yeast is added, along with a measured amount of Candi Sugar. After bottling, the beers are moved into a temperature controlled cellar, where the yeast will actually begin a new fermentation in the bottle. This new fermentation naturally carbonates the beer, and greatly enhances the traditional Belgian character. It is a long, expensive and traditional process… but we think it is well worth it!
